The Gift Of Mortality
The Lunetterie Générale - The Gift Of Mortality sunglass carries the house's carpe diem into full sun—a bold round silhouette in meticulously crafted Japanese acetate. A reminder to seek adventure and live each moment fully, with commanding presence that treats the day as exactly what it is: unrepeatable. French refinement meets American boldness, in the Montreal design house's signature register. Plant-based Japanese acetate and lightweight hypoallergenic titanium carry the collection's builds. Drawing on classic cinema, Art Deco, and mid-century design for its nostalgic character. Handmade in Japan. Includes Lunetterie Générale box, case, and cleaning cloth.

Pupil Distance
One last step before checkout
Pupil distance (PD) is the distance in millimeters between the centers of your pupils. It's used to align the optical center of your lenses with your eyes. Most adults have a PD between 54–74 mm. You can find it on your prescription or ask your eye doctor.
Measure Your PD
We recommend using the EyeMeasure app for accurate results
Use your iPhone's TrueDepth camera to measure your pupil distance in seconds. It's the same technology used by opticians.
