All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Southern California, USA.
For destinations outside the United States, please note that duties and taxes may apply at delivery. These charges vary by country, so we recommend checking local rates for the most up-to-date information. Specs Collective is not responsible for any duties or taxes.
Processing & Delivery
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided to the customer by email. In-stock frames typically ship within 1-2 business days. Frames not currently in stock are sourced directly from the manufacturer and shipped once received at our facilities. Estimated delivery times are communicated within 1 business day of order placement via a separate email.
Signature Confirmation
Orders valued at $450 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery. By placing an order at or above this threshold, the customer agrees that a signature will be required at the time of delivery and that the carrier may hold or reroute the package if no eligible signer is available.
Reporting Non-Receipt
If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must notify Specs Collective in writing within 48 hours of the delivery date shown by the carrier. Claims submitted after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for review or resolution.
Before contacting us, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and any safe drop locations on your property.
Carrier Claims
For any package reported as lost, stolen, or delivered but not received, the customer is required to first file a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) and provide Specs Collective with the claim or case number. We are happy to assist with documentation and tracking records to support the carrier investigation.
Delivery Fulfillment
Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, with signature confirmation where applicable, Specs Collective's shipping obligation is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, misdelivered by the carrier, or otherwise lost after carrier-confirmed delivery, except as recoverable through the carrier's claims process.
