Spring Sale - FINAL SALE:

Any sale/discounted frames purchased during our sale is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Cannot be combined with any discounts/discount codes. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior purchases and/or shipping and processing charges. Specs Collective has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply

We offer a 20-day return policy for all of our non-sale eyewear purchased online. Purchase of 2 or more frames will be subject to a 8% restocking fee for each frame that is returned. Subject to availability, exchanges can be made within 20-days. Prescription lens purchases are eligible for a 50% refund.

We do not provide return labels/return shipping services. Please use the courier of your choice when returning or exchanging and insure the package against loss or damage.


Return instructions:

1.) Pack eyewear in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the eyewear - ensure contents are secure and do not risk being damaged during the shipment process. Avoid shipping returns in an envelope. The return will not be accepted if any of the items are used, missing or damaged.

2.) Include the original or a copy of the invoice. If exchanging, please indicate which frame you would like on the invoice.

3.) Ship the return package to:
