Summer Sale - Final Sale:
All sale/discounted frames purchased during our Summer Sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Cannot be combined with any other discounts or discount codes.
  • Offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks.
  • Not valid on prior purchases or shipping and processing charges.
  • Specs Collective reserves the right to end or modify promotions at any time.
  • Other restrictions may apply.

Full Priced (Non-Sale) Frames:

  • Return Period: Return your eyewear within 20 days of delivery.
  • Restocking Fee: If you purchased 2 or more frames, an 8% restocking fee applies to each returned frame.
  • Exchanges: Available within 20 days, subject to availability.
  • Prescription Lenses: Eligible for a 50% refund.

We do not provide return labels/return shipping services. Please use the courier of your choice when returning or exchanging and insure the package against loss or damage.


Return instructions:

1.) Pack eyewear in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with the eyewear - ensure contents are secure and do not risk being damaged during the shipment process. Avoid shipping returns in an envelope.

2.) Include the original or a copy of the invoice. If exchanging, please indicate which frame you would like on the invoice.

3.) Ship the return package to:

Frames must be in new, unworn condition and show no signs of use. We cannot accept returns if items are used, missing, or damaged.
