This Privacy Policy explains how Specs Collective ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit www.specscollective.com (the "Site"), place an order, or contact us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails or texts, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors; we don't store full card numbers.
Prescription information. If you order prescription lenses, we collect the prescription you upload or the doctor details you give us, and your pupillary distance (PD). We don't use it for advertising and we don't share it with advertising partners.
Try-on photos. If you use Specs Assist, we collect the photo you send us so we can create your try-on images.

When you browse the Site, we and our service providers collect information about your device and visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, products added to your cart, and how you arrived at the Site.
