The MYKITA - Studio 12.2 is composed of equal parts seventies nostalgia and futurist sensibility: a classic navigator silhouette with asymmetrical lenses as the standout element. The lenses are cut from a one-piece sunshield, creating an irregular border with an organic shape over the nose bridge—a small design radicalism executed with total control. From the creative core of the manufactory, hand-assembled at the MYKITA HAUS in Berlin. MYKITA built its own production methods when no machine could realise its designs. Handmade in Berlin. Pupil distance (PD) is the distance in millimeters between the centers of your pupils. It's used to align the optical center of your lenses with your eyes. Most adults have a PD between 54–74 mm. You can find it on your prescription or ask your eye doctor.
